The name says it all: "Volkswagen" literally means cars for the people. And the Beetle really lived up to this name: it became the most built car in the world. By 2003, over 21 million specimens had been produced, the beetle is known, popular - and still present in all parts of the world. The AutoMuseum Volkswagen naturally offers it and its countless model variants the space to shine to fans and enthusiasts.
The exhibition space covers 5,000 square with a total of 130 vehicles giving the whole product history of Volkswagen. Among the main exhibits are many rare concept vehicles, prototypes and one-off models.
